As a Bartender at Lillian's, you will be responsible for providing excellent service at our bar, crafting creative cocktails using fresh, local ingredients, and being an integral part of the guest experience. You will contribute to our fun and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring each guest has an unforgettable time with us.

Responsibilities:
Craft a variety of cocktails, with a focus on using fresh, local ingredients.
Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests at the bar.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the bar area.
Keep up-to-date with our seasonal drink menu and be able to make recommendations.
Ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to local laws and guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
Key Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience is required.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and creative drink presentation.
Passion for hospitality, creativity, and making guests feel at home.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
