Position Overview:
As a Barista at Lillian's, you will be at the heart of our café, creating quality coffee and tea beverages, delivering exceptional service, and helping create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will include crafting drinks, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to guests with accuracy and care.
Provide friendly, attentive service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
Assist with restocking ingredients and maintaining inventory in the coffee bar area.
Keep the café clean, organized, and well-presented throughout the day.
Educate customers on our menu items, including seasonal offerings and local products.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Qualifications:
Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required; a love for coffee and a willingness to learn are most important.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
