Position Overview:

As a Line Cook at Lillian's, you'll play a vital role in preparing our seasonal, locally-inspired dishes. You will work alongside our chefs to ensure each dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist with daily kitchen prep and maintain an organized work area.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of your workstation throughout your shift.
Work efficiently to help the team during busy service periods.
Follow food safety protocols and maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for quality food.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
Willingness to learn and work well as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
