Position Overview:
As an Expeditor at Lillian’s, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every dish meets our high standards before it reaches the guest. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth communication and an efficient flow of service.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication between the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
Inspect all dishes leaving the kitchen to ensure they meet presentation and quality standards.
Assist in organizing and prioritizing orders during peak service times.
Ensure special requests, dietary restrictions, and modifications are properly executed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area.
Support the kitchen and service teams as needed to resolve any service issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for presentation and quality control.
