Position Overview:
As an Expeditor at Lillian’s, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every dish meets our high standards before it reaches the guest. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth communication and an efficient flow of service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Inspect all dishes leaving the kitchen to ensure they meet presentation and quality standards.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing orders during peak service times.
- Ensure special requests, dietary restrictions, and modifications are properly executed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area.
- Support the kitchen and service teams as needed to resolve any service issues promptly.

- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
